The Spanish national squad has closed a difficult week with a solvent win over Albania, that with the draw in Italy seems to indicate that this team is on the right way.

Lopetegui´s team maybe is not the one that conquered the Planet of football under Luis Aragones and Del Bosque leadership with the tiki-taka as a main argument, but there is no doubt the the team has recovered the identity lost in the last two big tournaments.

La Roja won with authority against a team that did not take a single shot during the game. Also, as Italy did big part of the Thursday match, the albanians just had one aim: protect their goal. It shows clearly how the oponents respect and even they fear the spaniards soccer style.

With this background, Koke, Vitolo and Diego Costa could open the score in the first half, but the good work of the goalkeeper Berisha kept alive the albanians. Big reward for the locals. However, the fervent public of the Loro-Boriçi Stadium at Shkoder wouldn´t have a happy ending.

The second part respected the line of the first one, so it was a matter of insisting on the idea until find the loose rock in the stone wall. In this case, was the goalkeeper Berisha, the same who saved his team in the first 45 minutes, who failed in a clearance. The ball reached to Vitolo, who connected with Silva and the canary playmaker combined with Diego Costa, the final executor. One to nil for the pupils of Julen Lopetegui.

Shortly after, the sentence came with Nolito goal, who showed his best virtue: verticality. Two to nil. The half an hour remaining was just testimonial, because the spaniards never felt that their opponents had a chance to change the fate of the contest.

With this victory Spain is in the top of their group with 7 points along with Italy, but with better goal average than the Azzurri, that beat Macedonia in the extra time of their match.
